ABOUT ME 〰️
I am a fabricator, designer, and multidisciplinary artist based in Southern California.
In high school, I interned at Innovative Prosthetic Solutions, where I learned the ins and outs of biomechanical design and fabricated hundreds of custom components for artificial limbs. I also headed my robotics team to multiple world championships, a role that sharpened my design, machining, team and leadership skills.
In my off time, I elaborated on my childhood obsession with costume creation — incorporating mechanical and moving elements to my pieces. Two of them were awarded 1st place in Marvel’s San Diego Comic Con Costume Contest.
I went on to attend Cal Poly San Luis Obispo as a mechanical engineering major. While honing my engineering expertise and playing bass in surf-rock band Couch Dog, I got involved in creative work for the local music scene. This included building a life-size interactive telephone booth, designing event posters, and creating the special effects for a horror-themed music video.
Through all of this experience, I have become most interested in special effects, props, costume design, and animatronics. I hope to lend my skills to fabrication in the entertainment industry.
